A Warm Embrace
My encounter with Spain has changed my perspective with capturing the essence of ordinary life. The intense joy I felt from the unexpected architecture to the energetic locals, I really felt at peace in this new and humbling culture. Immersed, for three weeks I was capturing everything that was ordinary to the locals but different to my eyes. Culture shock was indeed there. I was able to taste and see just how much America is missing out on real food and it's authentic flavors. Another shock was realizing how powerful love truly is, the families have an intense bond that I personally feel America has lost sight of and is deprived from. Here are a few images that I took while traveling through several small cities such as Caceres all the way down to Seville that brings me back into this cheerful, and calm state of mind.
